Lucario (Rukario in Japan) is a steel/Fighting type Pokemon that is only found in the Shinou Region.

The lucario has a starring role in the film Pokémon: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew. In the said film, the lucario sees itself as a slave to Aaron, the person who obviously caught the lucario in the first place.
